The Touch of Tassel brooch was a 1991 Avon creation. The brooch features  an elaborate, textured gold-tone bow. A  2½” silky, black tassel hangs from the center of the bow. The brooch, including the tassel, measures approximately  1¾” W  x  3¾” H. Although this is a book piece, the brooch is unmarked. It is in excellent vintage condition.
